Prepare version 2.8.1 across all seven packages and sync metadata for all nine first-party Skills. Add matching English and Chinese changelog entries for Linux ARM64 packages (glibc), complete concurrent image results, Chat Completions stream completion and tool-call output, and telemetry shutdown fixes.

Validation:

• pnpm run sync:skill-assets; generated references are unchanged.
• pnpm exec vp check passed with two existing warnings.
• Focused release regressions: 124 tests passed across six files.
• Full seven-package channel and stable publishing dry-runs passed, including builds, package checks, publint and gitleaks. Versions were re-audited as 2.8.1 after the channel dry-run.
• Exact scope: two changelogs, seven package manifests, and nine Skill version fields; prior changelog history is unchanged.

Existing build/module-format warnings remain, including dsh client CJS/ESM warnings. Dry-runs do not compile standalone binaries or verify Linux ARM64 execution and online delivery.

No release tag was created and no Publish workflow, npm publication, or asset upload was triggered.
