What's Good! It's your boy Mike Zupper ✌🏾

Anything that makes web development faster, easier, safer, and more fun.

πŸ” I'm currently working on ...

  • Gyral β€” bringing the Model-View-Intent ideas I loved in Cycle.js to modern web components. Pure state updates, semantic HTML, modern CSS, and server rendering. There's a shop demo, Rust integration, and benchmarks you can inspect.

  • Livepeer infrastructure β€” building the pieces that connect AI and video workloads to the network: capability brokers and pool tooling, payment clearing, and a protocol explorer.

  • Blue Claw Network β€” OpenAI-compatible compute for agent workloads, powered by the Livepeer GPU network.

  • software-factory-rs β€” a Rust project for getting coding agents through a whole project: plans, shared work tracking, verification, and merging the changes. Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, and plenty of tinkering.

  • Functional programming and agent skills β€” two-track, Effect, Rust, and Beads. Typed errors. Designing with types. Giving agents working examples and checks they can run.

πŸ›  A few more builds ...

  • pipewise β€” small, dependency-free operators for Web Streams, including streaming API responses.
  • html-tags.com β€” a living reference for semantic HTML, with examples and guidance on when to use each element.
  • Sabacc and Containment β€” browser games built with Gyral and Three.js. Gotta leave some room for fun.

🌱 Learning in public ...

I write about what I'm building on my blog.

I've also been turning projects into courses: porting a Java app to Rust, building a chess game with WebAssembly, and running SQL in the browser with DuckDB. Code, lessons, and repositories you can follow along with.

πŸ’¬ Ask me about ...

Anything! Rust, functional programming, state machines, CRDTs, AI agents, crypto, the web platform ... and on and on, till the break-a-break of dawn!

24+ years in software, and still plenty to learn. I also ran an Amazon FBA business for 5+ years and generated over $500K in revenue.

⚑ Fun fact ...

US Patent Holder. Software inventor ⚑ ✨

🀝 Let's talk

Always up for talking shop with builders. If you're a founder looking for a technical partner or advisor, or a team working on decentralized infrastructure, coding agents, or functional TypeScript/Rust, hit me up.
