Draft, unwired preview of the FOCUS 1.5 SKU Price dataset (FOCUS PR 2424) built from Prices_final_v1_2. Parked here to pick up later; not ready to merge.

SkuPrices_v1_5: one row per SkuPriceId x price type (x_UnitPriceType: List, Base, Contracted, Effective)
SkuPricesWide_v1_5: same prices with price types as columns, for comparison
Validation script (18/19 checks pass) and 10 side-by-side scenarios (10/10 match)
Size on ftk-dev: full 14-month history ≈ 4.17M rows / ~0.70 GB vs. 18.8M rows / 2.51 GB in Prices_final_v1_2

Known gaps: empty PricingUnit (no PricingUnits open data on ftk-dev), savings plan list price lost on ingestion, current prices only (no replaced prices), MCA untested, not wired into app.bicep / .build.config.
