Description

Make single-turn chat controls consistent without changing sent history:

  • Remove the separate single-turn banner. Keep the prompt box visible and explain the actual restriction on hover, click, or keyboard access.
  • Disable Copy to next message after a single-turn send.
  • Let Branch conversation on the first user prompt open a fresh conversation in the same attack and restore that prompt as an unsent draft, without copying its response.
  • Share restore guards with Undo so converter pipelines and working-input edits are not overwritten. Support the first-prompt path for single-turn targets with history adapters too.
  • Save the objective with Enter through the existing Save action.

Screenshots

Captured from an isolated local preview with an HTTP target and a deterministic response.

The prompt box stays visible after a single-turn send and shows the correct disabled reason.

Visible prompt box with the single-turn restriction

The first user prompt can branch within the same attack. Copying into the used conversation is disabled.

First-prompt branch menu with Copy to next message disabled

The new conversation contains an unsent prompt. The original exchange stays in the conversations panel.

First prompt restored in a new conversation in the same attack

Keep the composer visible, explain single-turn restrictions, support first-prompt branching, and save objectives with Enter. Protect converter edits during prompt restoration.
