The deploy tool is now published on npm as @microbit/website-deploy-s3, the renamed successor to @microbit-foundation/website-deploy-aws. It's now a devDependency covered by the lockfile, rather than part of the npm install --no-save step in the workflow. That step, its GitHub Packages setup and its Renovate comment remain for @microbit-foundation/python-editor-v3-microbit.

The version moves from 1.1 to 1.2.0, which is only the rename. The deploy script uses the new website-deploy-s3 command.

The deploy tool is now published publicly on npm, so it becomes a locked devDependency rather than an install in CI alongside the theme. The theme still comes from GitHub Packages.
