Rename --absolute-path to --full-path #753

Closed

Description

@mathiasrw

Today

--absolute-path (-a) prints the names of the files with their full path. It is also the path that --exclude-re looks at when the flag is set (#718).

Change

Rename --absolute-path (-a) to --full-path (-f). "Full path" is the words we use in the README and in the help, and it is easier to read than "absolute". The short flag follows the new name. -a is free after this.

  • src/cli.ts: the flag and its help.
  • src/engine.ts: config.absolutePath becomes config.fullPath.
  • The README: the flag table and the list of how files are found under "Good to know".
  • The tests in test/js/fix/703.test.js, test/js/fix/718.test.js and test/cli/run.sh.
