Changes
Prepare v0.1.0-beta.3 for native Linux amd64 and macOS arm64 installation. The installer selects beta.3, and release packaging uses authored version notes while preserving unpublished candidate packaging and old release guards.
Document macOS launchd, Teleport, explicit setup and trust, version 3 rollback, and unsigned macOS assets. Keep the README within 100 lines with its Teleport command table.
Validation
scripts/check --integrationpassed with 79.7% in-process coverage and no reported vulnerabilities. The first run hit an existing trust lock test timeout. Three focused race-enabled retries and a full retry passed without edits.
