Summary

• Prepare the v0.2.0 installation ZIP and synchronized bilingual release/install documentation.
• Document media optimization, copy-all/copy-state behavior, scroll loading, and the guarded remote delete-and-recreate workflow.
• Rotate only the current package on main; existing v0.1.3 and older tags/Releases remain unchanged.

• Native Windows Obsidian GUI acceptance remains deferred; Windows CI is not GUI acceptance.
• After an actual remote delete-and-recreate, the second device must back up its old clone, clone again, run git lfs pull, and verify plugin binding and the recovery key before resuming sync.
