Ajene copy pass on 12 Markdown files (DEV.md, docs/account-capabilities, api-keys/*, bridge-integration/ALERTING+API, id-verification, send-guard, ENG-406 plan, bridge-sandbox-e2e and smoke READMEs). Removed ~150 em-dashes (replaced with colons, commas, semicolons, or 'none' in empty table cells); reworded two 'a gap, not a decision' bullets and one heading. Left alone: em-dashes inside fenced code and the literal ops-embed string in send-guard.md; quickstart/ and dev/ upstream copies; technical 'X not Y' distinctions that carry facts.
