lnflash/cashu-javacard moved to the cashucard organization as cashucard/javacard. The e2e workflow checks out cardsim from there, at the same pinned CASHU_JAVACARD_REF, which resolves in the moved repository, and comments, docs and fixture provenance name the new repository.
