Description
Move the playground's Maven dependency versions into
scripts/playground/pom.xmland have the runtime build read that manifest. Dependabot checks daily for LiquidJava verifier and annotation API updates and opens upgrade PRs.Run the playground build, its tests, and Jekyll on pull requests; keep Pages deployment limited to pushes to
mainand manual runs. Dependabot activates after this stack is merged intomain; upgrades still need browser verification before merging.Validation: full JDK 17 runtime/editor build, 12 playground tests, Jekyll build, Maven manifest validation, YAML parsing, and simulated manifest upgrades updating binary/source download URLs passed.
