Add counterparty node ids (+ user channel ids) to TransactionType #4391
Description
We added a TransactionType which only has ChannelIds in #4353, but those aren't unambiguous - we actually need to provide both the counterparty node id and ideally the user channel id as well.
Labeling good first issue cause probably someone wants to feed it into an LLM and it might well do an okay job.

Adding
user_channel_idsisn't consistently possible, btw, as it's aChannelManager-only concept and we broadcast from all kinds of places.
