Scrolling freezes only that pane (End/G/F follows again, Space still freezes all). Fixes from a full key and docs pass: stale search box after c, filter left on with no terms, focus on hidden panes, menu lost with all panes hidden, help unreachable on short terminals, 80-column menu, dry-run skipping checks, setup errors now exit 2. README, help and --help updated to match.
