fix(coverage): select the opened file as soon as coverage loads

🔍 What was changed

• With Select Opened File on, the Coverage view now selects the editor's file as soon as coverage is loaded or reapplied, including coverage loaded from history. Before, the selection waited for the next editor tab switch.
• Switching between Coverage tabs selects the editor's file again in the tab that comes to front.
