fix(coverage): open a covering test without calling the override-only navigate

What was changed

• Opening a covering test (the Coverage gutter, the Coverage by test lens, the mutation actions) goes through PsiNavigateUtil.navigate instead of calling Navigatable.navigate(true) directly. Behaviour is the same: the editor opens on the test method.

Why?

• 2026.3 (IU-263) marks Navigatable.navigate(boolean) @ApiStatus.OverrideOnly, and verifyPlugin (262) on main has failed with OVERRIDE_ONLY_API_USAGES since 2026-10-13.
• PsiNavigateUtil is public and carries no ApiStatus on 252, 262, OpenIDE 262.9437.185.3 and 2026.3 (checked in each distribution's bytecode and on intellij-community master). The replacement the javadoc names, NavigationService.requestNavigate, does not exist on 252/262.
