feat(web): redesign terang minimalis + upgrade astro 7 - #110

Landing page and docs are rebuilt around type: Funnel Display headlines, Funnel Sans body, Geist Mono for code, a white page and one blue accent. Nine sections become six, chosen from what the CLI actually does: hero, problem, the .devmap files (with a real trimmed index.json from this repo), the eight commands, how analysis works, get started. Dependencies: astro 5.18 -> 7.4, typescript 5 -> 6, fonts self-hosted via Fontsource. Tailwind, PostCSS, autoprefixer, GSAP and Lenis are removed; the new styles are plain CSS with tokens, and the only motion is the hero reveal. pnpm audit for apps/web is now clean (was 1 critical, several high). Also: recolored logo mark and favicons for a light background, zod imported from astro/zod, copy button keeps its accessible label, node engine >=22.22.0 as required by astro 7. Redesign web + upgrade dependency
Desain: landing page dan docs jadi terang dan minimalis, bertumpu pada tipografi. Funnel Display (judul), Funnel Sans (isi), Geist Mono (kode), latar putih, satu aksen biru yang hanya dipakai untuk elemen interaktif dan baris yang penting. Satu-satunya animasi: hero muncul saat halaman dibuka (menghormati
