* Avoid repeated scans for unfinished uppercase tags Reuse the existing terminator index before both uppercase tag scans so blocks without a closing angle return their existing result without scanning every suffix. Preserve the quote, brace and blank-line rules. Pin four one-block shapes with native work counts and replace the bodyless known-bug todo. * Pin unfinished quote and brace tag scan work * Reuse unfinished tag suffix scan results * Keep one owner for tag coverage cleanup * Pin tag-scan output for escaped quotes and quoted braces The suffix-end index re-implements the backslash skip inside quoted attribute values and the quote skip inside braces.
