Summary

This PR adds a top-level Smart Accounts section at /smart-accounts. It covers ERC-4337 and EIP-7702 smart accounts on HPP, served by the bundler and paymaster at aa.hpp.io.

Page For What it covers
Overview everyone what you get, choose your path, network table, early-access notice
How it works everyone concepts, the UserOperation flow, EIP-7702, glossary
HPP Smart Wallet end users walkthrough of the Mainnet wallet with screenshots
Pay from an agent technical users paying x402 from the wallet through an ERC-7710 delegation and the MCP bridge
Quickstart developers @hpp-io/aa-sdk: accounts, setup sponsor, sendCalls, sponsorship
Gas sponsorship developers policies and anchors, fee modes, applying through GitHub issues
Agent permissions developers payment delegations vs sessions, delegation security model
Reference developers endpoints, contracts per network, SDK, limits, notes for bypassing the SDK
Errors & troubleshooting developers errors grouped by layer, symptom-first fixes
FAQ everyone common questions

The x402 overview now links to the new section.

Verification

  • npm run build passes, with no broken links or anchors in the new section.
  • The SDK snippets were run end-to-end on HPP Sepolia with @hpp-io/aa-sdk 0.3.3: account setup, sponsored send, session grant plus agent send, payment delegation grant and revoke.
  • Every contract address was checked on-chain on the network it is listed for.
  • Paymaster and bundler reason codes match the service source.
  • Screenshots come from HPP Mainnet with a test account. The email is redacted and the addresses are placeholders.
  • The draft was reviewed from three viewpoints (end user, developer, operator) and those findings are addressed.

Notes

  • Support routing: developers use hpp-io/hpp-aa-sdk issues, wallet users use HPP Telegram.
  • The existing community/official-links page lists support@hpp.io, which does not exist. That page is not changed here.
  • This replaces the earlier draft in docs(x402): Smart Accounts (AA) — user manual (5 pages) #31 (closed).

Dependency fix

CI failed on the audit-ci gate. A critical advisory, GHSA-pqg4-j6r4-53mv (shell-quote >=1.8.4 <1.11.0), was published after the last main build. This PR raises the existing shell-quote override from ^1.9.0 to ^1.12.0, so package-lock.json resolves shell-quote@1.12.0. The audit and the build both pass.

Add a top-level Smart Accounts section: overview, HPP Smart Wallet guide
with mainnet screenshots, paying from an agent with a wallet delegation
(ERC-7710), SDK quickstart, gas sponsorship, agent permissions, and a
reference for both networks. Link it from the x402 overview.
…legation security model

Add a concepts page with the UserOperation flow and a glossary, one
errors page grouped by layer (paymaster policy, bundler, EntryPoint AA
codes) with symptom-first troubleshooting, and an FAQ. Document the
security model of payment delegations, what to include in a mainnet
sponsorship request, a richer network table, and a verify step in the
quickstart.
Early-access notices; plain-language intro, safety, recovery and Privy
custody wording; sponsorship applications via GitHub issues, anchors
treated as private; error tables aligned with the paymaster and bundler;
embedded-wallet signTypedData, sponsor and runtime requirements in the
quickstart; agent-side x402 details; Telegram for wallet users;
screenshots re-taken with placeholder addresses.
A critical shell-quote advisory published after the last main build fails
the audit-ci gate. Raise the existing override to the patched release.
