Fixes Web Component stories remaining in a loading state with an empty Controls panel when opened through the composed Storybook.\n\nUpgrades the aligned Storybook packages to 10.6.1, which includes the composed-reference story preparation fix, and adds a browser smoke check that changes a composed Button control and verifies the Web Component updates.\n\nValidation: npm run build-storybook; node bin/storybook/smoke-test.mjs; npm run test:web-components; npm run format:check.
