Update command doesn't work after rejection

My first submission was rejected (reason given: "AI slob" / vibecoded). After updating the repo and docs, I tried to resubmit:

• geode index mods update with
  https://github.com/aidmet/TheHollow/releases/download/v1.0.1/gdplatformmaker.the-hollow.geode
  → Unable to create version for mod: Unknown database error
• geode index mods create
  → mod already exists

The public API shows the mod entry exists but versions: [] (no downloadable version).

Could index staff please either:

1. Clear any orphaned/rejected version rows so geode index mods update works for v1.0.1, or
2. Remove the stale mod entry so I can submit cleanly again?
