Follow-up to #427. The Phase 2 SDK (genlayer-js 2.0.0-rc.1) removed ValidatorInfo.live; validator-info now shows hasUnclaimedRewards.

• README.md and docs/validator-guide.md: example output uses hasUnclaimedRewards.
• docs/delegator-guide.md: live: true was described as "Validator is active", which was never true (the CLI labels the flag "not an eligibility signal"). It now points to genlayer staking active-validators.

Docs only. The README example syncs to genlayer-docs pages/api-references/genlayer-cli.mdx (reported by the docs session).
