Use fluent-package paths instead of td-agent paths in configuration examples - #708

td-agent has reached EOL, but several examples still pointed at /var/log/td-agent and C:\opt\td-agent. fluent-package uses /var/log/fluent and C:\opt\fluent instead. On Linux, the service runs as a non-root user and cannot create /var/log/td-agent, so a copied in_tail example fails to start with a permission error.
