Fix links that no longer jump to their headings after the HonKit migration - #705

HonKit builds heading ids with different rules from GitBook. It drops "_", "<", ">" and "/", and does not add the "id-" prefix. 26 links still used the GitBook ids, so they did not jump to the heading. Update them to the ids in the generated HTML. HonKit builds heading ids with different rules from GitBook. It drops
_,<,>and/, and does not add GitBook'sid-prefix. Because of this, 26 links in 16 pages still used the GitBook ids and opened the page without scrolling to the heading. This updates those anchors to the ids in the HonKit output. For example,
system-config.md#file_permissionbecomessystem-config.md#filepermission. Only the anchors change. After a rebuild, every internal link in the page bodies resolves to an existing page and id.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
