The repository and GitHub Pages documentation are now public. Point the README and package metadata at the deployed documentation site, record the release audit, and update the release guide to reflect the completed public launch.
Validation: all 27 Preen checks passed, including public links and tests; 95 installed-wheel tests also passed with the minimum declared NumPy/SciPy versions. The release workflow's build-only rehearsal succeeded. The documentation and metadata changes pass local lint, type/docstring checks, strict Sphinx and Twine checks, and pre-commit.
PyPI publication remains pending trusted-publisher configuration; no release tag has been pushed.
