I added a "Report a docs problem" section to the MCP server page, just before "Disable the MCP server". It covers what the
reportIssuetool is for and how to get access: it sits behind themcp-report-issueflag, runs only on production deployments with PostHog configured, and you contact Fern to turn it on. It also includes a table of the fourkindvalues, the required and optional parameters, what the tool doesn't cover, and how reports are handled (redaction, 24-hour deduplication, rate limits). I changed "exposes a single tool" in "How it works" to "main tool" so it doesn't contradict the new tool. On the user feedback page, "Viewing feedback in the Dashboard" now lists the Page feedback, Code issues and Agent reports views, says the summary tiles cover reader feedback only, and links Agent reports to the new MCP section. The site has nofetchPagesection, andfern checkand Vale weren't available here, so I haven't run either one on these edits.
