Release 0.30.0: the three Win32 harness changes merged since 0.29.0 (#28, #29, #30), under their own version. The launcher no longer passes a per-user
cmd.exesetting on to the install command, the 32-bit host warning reads the batch file an install command names, and-Architecturefollows the device's own 64-bit host so the Win32 commands run unchanged on Windows on ARM.After this merges, the tag
