ModuleVersion 0.29.0. The manifest's ReleaseNotes carry 0.29.0, 0.28.0 and 0.27.0 and point at CHANGELOG.md for the rest, 3,151 characters against the Gallery's 10,600. The changelog's Unreleased entries become the [0.29.0] section with an opening paragraph, and the compare links are added.

Summary
Release 0.29.0: the one change merged since 0.28.0 (#26), under its own version. A remediation that writes to stderr is a script error on the device whatever its exit code; the harness, a rule, the evidence and the help follow the device now.
After this merges, the tag
v0.29.0on the merge commit starts the release workflow, which re-runs every gate and publishes to the Gallery.Changes
