Can you confirm your service fulfills rule 5?

Hi, and thanks for your comments. The Rule 5 (public for at least three months): the repository was made public on GitHub on February 23, 2023, and the first version of the crate (0.0.1) was published on crates.io later that same day. The source code has been public ever since, so the project has been public for over three years.
Rule 6 (actively maintained in the last year): in September 2025 I merged the crate into the public Telescope repository ([commit cec3ffd](rafaga/telescope@cec3ffd)), where it kept receiving updates as part of the Telescope workspace. In August 2026 the crate started receiving updates again in its own repository, with the SDE database builder ([commit 23fb47a](rafaga/sde@23fb47a)). In September 2026 Telescope stopped carrying a copy of the code and began using it as a regular dependency ([commit a400a1e](rafaga/telescope@a400a1e)), so it could be used by everyone. The crates.io history reflects this: versions 0.0.1 to 0.0.19 were published between February 2023 and September 2024, and since August 2026 there have been 16 releases, from 0.1.0 (August 7, 2026) to 0.7.1 (October 4, 2026), which is the latest.
The crate is published on [crates.io](https://crates.io/crates/sde) and documented on [docs.rs](https://docs.rs/sde). |
