Build the inline processing wheel in a locked Hatch/Python 3.12 environment and ship it in a non-root Rocky 10.1 runtime, retaining the standalone embedded CWL application and published schema imports.
Validation: six tests, fresh quality checks and a real-data Calrissian workflow pass on Minikube, with NDWI/mask pixels exactly matching real Lake Almanor inputs. Evidence: docs/acceptance/rocky-minikube-f5505aa.json. The user approved CC BY-SA 4.0 from LICENSE.md; CodeMeta is now aligned.
Full notebook, remote staging, next-version selection and published candidate acceptance remain release gates. No stable promotion.
