This PR adds an option to show the PasteIntoFile context menu entry as a native Win11 toplevel entry rather than in the legacy context menu (behind the "more options" entry or with SHIFT + right click)

• Add settings to enable Win 11 context menu entry
• PasteIntoFile entry
• Copy file contents entry
• Paste into this file (append/replace) entry
• Localized text with optional ellipsis indicating autosave mode
• Conditionally show the entry depending on en-/disabled setting
• Remove legacy context menu entry when Win 11 context menu entry is enabled
• Signed DLL
• Update Installer
• Update/confirm crowdin workflow still works with new project structure

Testing

• Currently requires to manually set the following registry keys. This should hopefully become obsolete when the DLL is signed
  Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\AppModelUnlock
  • AllowAllTrustedApps = 1
  • AllowDevelopmentWithoutDevLicense = 1
