The coverage deployment workflow used actions/download-artifact 8.0.1. Updated the SHA pin to the v8.0.2 release. The release updates @actions/artifact to 6.3.1 and improves artifact download retries after HTTP 429 responses. Linux regression, Windows regression, test-results, coverage, repository and ECA checks passed. Deployment runs only after a push to master. Assisted-by: Codex (GPT-6) <noreply@openai.com>
The Windows failure diagnostics workflow used actions/upload-artifact 7.0.1. Updated the SHA pin to the v7.0.2 release. The release updates @actions/artifact to 6.3.1 and improves artifact download retries after HTTP 429 responses. The master workflow still used actions/upload-artifact v7.0.1 and actions/download-artifact v8.0.1.
Applied the dependency updates merged in #122 and #123: upload-artifact v7.0.2 and download-artifact v8.0.2, retaining immutable SHA pins. Both releases update @actions/artifact to 6.3.1 and improve retries after HTTP 429 responses.
The dev PRs passed Linux and Windows regressions, coverage, repository and ECA checks. This master PR also passed Linux regression, Windows regression, repository and ECA checks. Both action pins match their upstream release tags. Deployment is exercised only after a push to master.
