The production coverage deployment workflow pins deploy-pages behind its current patch release. Backported the deploy-pages v5.0.1 action pin from eclipse-threadx#118. This changes only the action SHA and version comment; it does not promote unreleased component changes. The dev PR passed the Linux and win64 regression jobs and repository checks.
