The server now passes the timeout to gateways on service and entrypoint registration. The default is raised from 60 to 300 seconds to match the previous nginx timeout.

DSTACK_SERVICE_CLIENT_TIMEOUTis now passed to gateways on service registration and applied to nginxproxy_read_timeout(previously hardcoded to 300s) and to the gateway app's httpx client used by the model entrypoint (previously fixed at 60s).The change applies only to services registered after the update.
