Declares the iOS sources the CocoaPods podspec already ships as a two-target library (pure-Swift body + the single marker ObjC file). Needed so react-native-ble-plx can consume this adapter under React Native 0.87 SwiftPM autolinking, where pods without a manifest cannot participate in the package graph.

s.dependency "MultiplatformBleAdapter", "0.2.0". Under React Native 0.87's SwiftPM autolinking (RNRFC: pods without a manifest cannot join the package graph), a pod dependency with no manifest breaks the resolve. This manifest lets ble-plx (and any other consumer) depend on this adapter as a SwiftPM package, pinned by revision, while CocoaPods users are unaffected.Validated with
