What

A thirtieth format: eml, a mail message (RFC 5322 with MIME) at the exact size asked for, carrying real files of any other format in base64.

body - a text part (default), an HTML part, or both with the same words (alternative).
text_encoding - 7bit (plain ASCII), or quoted-printable / 8bit, which add a line in Polish and Japanese.
headers - ascii, encoded (RFC 2047 / RFC 2231) or utf8 (RFC 6532) for the subject, the names of the people and the names of attached files.
filename_style - rfc2231, rfc2047, both, content-type. Go's standard library reads no name from content-type and the encoded text itself from rfc2047 - the other readers measured decode both.
line_endings - crlf or lf.
attachments, attachment_format, attachment_size, or contains - the container rules the archives already follow.

The padding is the words of the text. The manifest records the raw and the base64 size of the attachments, the number of MIME entities (mailparser refuses more than 1000), the subject and the Message-ID.

Every format declares its media type (Descriptor.MediaType) - IANA, and WHATWG MIME Sniffing for wav and webm, which IANA does not list. No byte of any format moves.
