Add an optional `order` field to lab entries so the labs page shows Pladder, Habit Tracker, Good Vibes Only in that order. The homepage teaser now says "Featured lab" since the first lab is curated rather than the newest. Remove the fmeyer.dev lab and return 410 for its URL.
