Date the Unreleased section as 0.1.0-preview.13 and open a new one. Three entries were over the changelog's 60-word limit. The login entry becomes sub-bullets, one per place it could hang, and the nestedSandboxes and Podman entries drop what readers need not act on.

## [0.1.0-preview.13] - 2026-10-26, under a new empty Unreleased section, so the release workflow treats this pull request as the release and publishes what it builds when it merges.Every user-facing change since 0.1.0-preview.12 already had an entry. Three were over the changelog skill's 60-word limit and are cut:
agentctl claude login(fix(agentctl): sign in from WSL, SSH and headless hosts #270) becomes one sub-bullet per place it could hang.nestedSandboxes(chore(deps): update Microsandbox to 0.7.8-digdir.2 #231) drops the self-dev note and folds the host requirements into one sentence.The rest are released as they were.
