• On your own profile, the "⋯" menu only ever had one item, so it's now a single button: Go live, or End stream while you're live.
• It looks and works like the Share button next to it. Other people's profiles still have the mute/block menu.
• Built on test: run and typecheck every tsx unit test #1220 so the new unit test runs. Once test: run and typecheck every tsx unit test #1220 is merged, only the last commit is left.
