fix: infra-provider Hybrid detection and SecurityPolicyException labels - #227

Treat clusters with the infra-provider-baremetal module enabled as Hybrid, porting the edit made to the vendored copy in the deckhouse baremetal provider MR. Add the standard heritage/module labels to SecurityPolicyException objects rendered by the CCM, CAPI controller manager and CSI helpers; dmt lint rejects them without these labels. Bump chart version to 1.72.31. Signed-off-by: Alexey Voronov <alexey.voronov@flant.com>
Match enabled modules by the infra-provider- prefix, the same way as cloud-provider-, instead of the infra-provider-baremetal name only. Signed-off-by: Alexey Voronov <alexey.voronov@flant.com>

Treats non-cloud clusters with any
infra-provider-*module enabled as Hybrid clusters, the same way ascloud-provider-*; this replaces the hand-made edit of the vendored helm_lib in the deckhouse baremetal provider MR, which matchedinfra-provider-baremetalonly. Adds the standardheritage/modulelabels to SecurityPolicyException objects from the CCM, CAPI controller manager and CSI helpers, which dmt lint currently reports as errors. Chart version is bumped to 1.72.31.
