Description
This currently would cause very slow CI at 22 minutes, so it is not ready to merge until Python 3.15 is released, and more libraries provide binary wheels (especiallydone,sqlglotc).sqlglot/sqlglotcupgrade included.This test did flush out non-dependency issues such as #2295 which was a Python 3.15 compatibility problem.
