Add NumPy arrays to top level prerequisites

This PR adds a note about numpy requirements (+ a link to a lesson that covers numpy) to the top level prerequisites block. It is already mentioned briefly in the detailed list linked at the end of this block, but this makes it clearer at a glance.

I also added bullet points to the a/b/c options, as it was getting harder to read with the extra text.

What does this mean?

If you have source files that require output and figures to be generated (e.g. R Markdown), then it is important to make sure the generated figures and output are reproducible.

This output provides a way for you to inspect the output in a diff-friendly manner so that it's easy to see the changes that occur due to new software versions or randomisation.
