The examples move to the genome tree ArkOS v0.13.1 serves, and gain apps for its new structural and copy number variants.

Doping Test found no copies and Sprint or Marathon found I/I, matching the calls in those files.
The dataset folder grants need ArkOS v0.13.1. Ark Hub's store follows in a separate PR.
