Agents that start from dark.bio/llms.txt read this repository as raw Markdown from raw.githubusercontent.com. That host has no directory listings, so the 64 links to app directories, such as [Go](../01-hello-go), return 404 there, while they work on github.com. A live check of the public pages found them in 23 app READMEs and 5 docs.

Every such link now names the app's README.md, which opens the same page on GitHub and a real file on the raw host. The paragraphs that grew past 80 columns are rewrapped, and tools/check.sh now accepts only files as relative link targets (-f instead of -e), so a directory link fails CI.

The link check passes locally. The rest of tools/check.sh was not run, since nothing else changed.

GitHub's page view opens a directory, but raw.githubusercontent.com has
no directory listings, so an agent reading the raw Markdown that
llms.txt points at follows these links into a 404. Every link now names
the app's README.md, and the link check accepts only files.

Closing: relative folder links are the GitHub norm and what readers expect, so they stay. Agents reading raw Markdown get a hint in llms.txt instead.
