Files always used the indentation of their language, tabs except for
Python, so a file indented with 2 spaces opened with tabs of width 4.
Detect tabs vs spaces and the indentation size from the first 64 KB of
the file, next to the existing EOL detection. Blank lines and block
comment continuations (" * text") are ignored, and nothing is changed
when there is too little indentation to tell. EditorConfig is applied
afterwards and still takes priority.
Add a "Detect indentation from file" option to the preferences, enabled
by default, to go back to the previous behavior.
When EditorConfig sets indent_style = tab without indent_size, indent
by the tab width as the EditorConfig specification says, instead of
keeping a size detected from the file.
Closes dail8859#435
