Add a "Show Path Column" option to the File List settings menu, off by default, that shows each file's folder next to its name. This makes it easy to tell apart files with the same name, similar to the optional Path column of the Notepad++ Document List. The list becomes a QTreeWidget to support columns. When the option is off, the header is hidden and the list looks the same as before. This complements dail8859#1170, which shows the full path in the tooltip. The two changes are independent and can be merged in any order. Closes dail8859#612
