IaC scans now use the async scan flow, like SAST, instead of the sync flow. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
A large scan batch has hundreds of distinct rule ids, and sending them all in one query string fails with HTTP 414, which drops the batch. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

IaC scans now use the async scan flow, like SAST, instead of the sync flow. Large IaC scans no longer stop at the sync time limit, so the CLI returns the full result.
The CLI now also requests detection rule details in chunks of 50 ids. Before, a scan batch with many distinct rules made the request URL too long (HTTP 414), and the CLI dropped the results of that batch.
Both changes have unit tests.
