third_party: declare server placement for TinyFish, beehiiv, Trello, Buffer, Plaud

What this fixes

TinyFish, beehiiv, Trello, Buffer and Plaud install in Grok Bot but never show a connect / sign-in card — the detail sheet lists the connector under Apps with no Accounts or Tools section, and the bot reports the plugin "isn't registering a live connector".

Cause: Grok Bot dials only SERVER-placed hosted MCP rows (resolveEffectiveMcpPlacement → undialedMcpRowResult). A plugin whose mcp.json has no placement field gets an UNDECIDED row, and the probe that would decide it is behind mcp_placement_probe_decides (default off), so nothing ever promotes it. x-money — which works in Grok Bot — declares "placement": "server"; these five did not.

Fix: add "placement": "server" to each server entry (resolved as source explicit, ahead of the stored column), bump each plugin to 1.0.1 so clients re-fetch the manifest, and add a CHANGELOG line.

Verified

• node scripts/validate-plugins.mjs passes for all plugins.
• Field usage matches third_party/x-money/mcp.json.

Follow-ups

• Same field goes on the open PostHog MCP draft (feat(third_party): add PostHog MCP plugin (posthog-mcp) #437) — pushed separately to that branch.
• After re-index, a fresh install (or uninstall/reinstall) in Grok Bot should show the Accounts row with a sign-in action; existing rows created before this change may keep their UNDECIDED column until reinstalled.

Overview
Adds "placement": "server" to the MCP server entries for beehiiv, Buffer, Plaud, TinyFish, and Trello, matching the pattern already used by working connectors such as x-money.

Without this field, Grok Bot treats the connector row as UNDECIDED and does not dial the hosted HTTP endpoint, so users see the app listed but no Accounts / connect or sign-in flow. Explicit server placement routes these integrations through the hosted MCP path on desktop and mobile.

Each plugin is bumped to 1.0.1 in plugin.json with a matching CHANGELOG entry so clients pick up the updated manifest.
