Summary

Move the Csound 7 tree from 7.x/ to the repository root and remove the archived 6.x/ tree.
Update CI, CodeRabbit filters, third-party notices, WASM Nix source selection, README links, .gitmodules, and .gitignore for the new layout.
Keep release artifact names as csound7-plugins-*.

Verification

Compared every moved file against develop:7.x; only README.md differs intentionally.
cmake -S . -B <build> configured successfully.
Built the chua and linear_algebra targets successfully.
Full local build is blocked by arm64/x86_64 mismatches in the locally installed FluidSynth/libpng, unrelated to this change.

Dependency

Depends on #60 (Csound 6 archive sync) merging into csound6 first.
