Summary

• Add cortex deploy for public GitHub repositories and direct Cloudflare Static Assets hosting.
• Add cortex mcp-serve REPO_URL with live documentation refresh and hosted client setup instructions.
• Add project name validation, source fingerprinting, custom domain setup, and open-source hosting documentation.
• Preserve the existing npm MCP publishing option.

Verification

• Format and lint checks pass locally.
• CLI build and repository hosting tests run locally.
• Hosting service CI passed 36 tests and full CLI integration against local Cloudflare services.
• Production deployment, unchanged deployment skipping, and browser navigation verified at https://test-project.cortexdocs.dev.

Release

Promote through pre-release to main using the existing CI and npm release workflow.
