What

  • .spec-sha256 and the generated client regenerated by scripts/generate.sh from the OpenAPI document of the API, with every route of /api/public/v1: the catalog (/catalogs/...) and the webhooks (/webhook-endpoints/..., /events, /webhook-event-types) are now included. No manual edit of generated code.
  • client.catalogs: categories (list, get, fields of a category), brands (q prefix), sizes, colors, conditions, package sizes, materials, with the category_id / parent_id / platform filters and iterators. Needs items:read.
  • client.webhooks: endpoints, endpoint, create_endpoint (returns the signing secret), update_endpoint (merge patch, description=None clears it), delete_endpoint, secret, rotate_secret, test, deliveries / iter_deliveries, retry_delivery, recover, events / iter_events (types joined by commas), event_types. Every POST carries an Idempotency-Key, the same across retries.
  • An event's data is a free-form object (WebhookEventData, read like a dict): its fields depend on the event type.
  • README: catalog and webhooks examples. Tests with a mock server for the catalog, endpoint creation, event iteration with any data, deliveries and retry, delete.
  • client.favorites (list / iter, list_item / iter_item) for GET /favorites and GET /items/{id}/favorites, and the buyer_id, item_id and offer_status filters of conversations.list. Needs items:read. Regenerated from the production document of api 2.122.0 (adds the Favorite, FavoriteItem and FavoritePage models and the buyerId of a conversation).

Validation

pytest: 36 passed.

Not done

Nothing is published (no tag, no release).

Supersedes #6.

The client is regenerated from the OpenAPI document of the API with every route, the
catalog and the webhooks included. client.catalogs reads the identifiers an item is written
with; client.webhooks manages the endpoints, their secrets and deliveries, and reads the
events of the last 7 days.
